Join us on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:30 - 8:00 PM.
Making art can be an exhilarating but oftentimes isolating experience. That's why Twin Cities painter, Pam Luer, approached the Hopkins Center for the Arts with her idea for the Artful Book Club.
The club is open to anyone at no charge who is interested in discussing stories relevant to the lives of artists in a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.
Our book club explores the lives of artists and the creative process. Past books have included stories about musicians, writers, painters, sculptors, dancers, woodcarvers, and many more throughout history. We explore biographies, memoirs, fiction, and non-fiction books about artists.
