Mainstreet Banners

In a continued effort to celebrate local art in Hopkins, the City of Hopkins has collaborated with the Think Hopkins campaign and the Hopkins Center for the Arts to create new banners that will bring color to Mainstreet between Shady Oak Road and 5th Avenue.

Eight new designs were chosen by the Public Art Committee from 46 submissions collected this winter from local artists.

The new banners will be installed this spring and remain until the snow starts to fall. The banners should last several years.
