• Seats 186 people with the theater in the round table set up, up to 120 people with the reception style set up, 200 people with the lecture style setup, and 80 people with buffet / bar and music / dance style set up

Weekday Rates

Monday through Thursday

• $85 per hours, 2 hours minimum
• Daily Rate: $510 for up to 8 hours. 

Weekend Rates

Friday through Sunday

• $95 per hour, 2 hours minimum
• Daily Rate: $570 for up to 8 hours. 

Additional Rental Items

• Light and sound control booth, equipment (subject to availability); technicians required at $35 per hour per technician
• Sound system and lectern
• Spinet upright piano is available for $150 (includes tuning)
• Video projector and screen
